STRETCHER DIVISION – Pillow to Pillow Service

Patient Transport Services,  offers our “Pillow to Pillow” service for patients that require stretcher transport. State of the art Stretcher Transport Vehicles are operated by two Transport Specialists that are meticulously trained to ensure they are outfitted with the best possible skills and knowledge to serve you and your loved ones.   Our on-board staff is CPR-HCP and First Aid certified, with expertise in infection control, oxygen administration and of course, extensive driver training.   We pride ourselves in providing you or your loved ones with the highest level of care, compassion and professionalism.

AMBULATORY SERVICE – Arm through Arm service

Patient Transport Services is an ideal option for those who have some mobility but need assistance.  Patient Transport Services offers our “Arm in Arm” service for patients that sets us apart from Taxis.  If you or a loved one walks with a walker or cane our highly trained attendants can ensure that you are transported with the highest level of care, compassion and assistance.

This is a great option that helps seniors get to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping, errands, or social visits.  Some seniors have families or loved ones living a great distance away or have adult children who are working and cannot take time away from their work to drive mom or dad to the doctors.  Others have health issues where medical or physio appointments are needed, and in some cases several times a week.

Like using one’s own automobile, our service is available 24/7 and gives customers the flexibility to schedule their rides in advance or as needed.   As well, we offer the option to have an attendant accompany and stay with you at your destination, assisting and helping.  Having an attendant with experience in dealing with mobility assistance techniques can make all the difference.

TECHNICAL TRANSPORT SERVICE- Care to Care Service

Patient Transport Services offers Technical Transport Service. Our highly trained staff uses state of the art medical equipment and the latest technology available allowing us to provide our patients with the best service possible. Patient Transport Services offers technical Transport Services that are specific to the special needs of our patients. We have fully equipped Bariatric Specialty Teams that have extensive experience transporting Patients weighing up to 1,200 lbs with care, safety, compassion and dignity.
Our highly trained team are proud to provide transport for The Children’s Hospital Child Health Transport Team as they provide care and transport premature and full-term infants as well as pediatric patients.
